All leads through the website for ‘your area’ will come straight to you – all you have to do is:

• Follow up the lead and make an appointment (which can be done through our MoonHub Portal or by phone)
• Value the property and take on the instruction
• Invoice us for your commission which we will pay monthly and assuming your client’s fees have cleared

You will be their contact throughout the process but you and only you will control your diary and hours of working, carrying out viewings (if that’s the package your client has chosen) and see the instruction through to exchange and completion. The more hours and days you can work, the more money you can make… simple! We will even connect your mobile to one of our many landline numbers so that customers won’t have your private number unless you choose to give it out.
